Refund Policy

All sales made through Salon Nuuvo’s online retail shop are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any products. However, we understand that damage may occasionally occur during transit. Therefore, customers are encouraged to inspect their items within seven (7) days of delivery.

If a product arrives damaged due to transportation, customers may request an inspection, provided the item remains in its original, unopened packaging. Claims for damaged items will only be considered if:

The product has not been opened or used.
The damage is clearly attributable to transit issues.
The claim is made within seven (7) days of delivery, supported by photographic evidence of the packaging and product damage.

Salon Nuuvo reserves the right to determine the validity of each claim. Approved claims will receive a replacement item, subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse any claim if we believe it to be fraudulent or unfounded.
