As a team based salon, we have a responsibility to inspire and motivate our team to be passionate advocates of our culture, which includes teamwork & continuous education.

Although not required in the industry, Raychel has implemented a comprehensive advanced teaching program that all team members participate in (weekly, monthly & yearly), as a condition of their employment.

Raychel and the master team oversee the academy program; so all hair services are delivered with exceptional quality, as our stylists add to their mastery in haircuts, color formulation, event styling & hair extensions.
